1. Booking requests

Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed reservation. Every request is reviewed by our dispatch team, and your ride is only confirmed once we contact you with driver details. We aim to respond within 5–10 minutes during business hours and within 30 minutes after hours.

2. Fares

Swyft Cabs operates as a pre-booked charter service. Any fare information shown on this website is an estimate for guidance only and is not a binding quote. Final pricing is confirmed by our dispatch team based on the journey details, vehicle type, traffic conditions, surcharges, tolls and any special requirements.

3. Service area

We primarily operate within South-West Western Australia and surrounding areas. Requests outside this area are accepted and reviewed case by case; additional travel charges may apply and will be discussed before confirmation.

4. Cancellations

Contact us as early as possible to change or cancel a booking — quote your booking reference by phone, WhatsApp or email.

5. Child seats & accessibility

Child restraints appropriate to a child's age are required under Australian law. Select the required seat type when booking so we can assign a suitably equipped vehicle. Wheelchair accessible vehicles are available on request, subject to availability.
