Swyft Cabs (ABN pending — supplied by operator before launch) provides pre-booked passenger transport across South-West Western Australia and surrounding areas. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
2. What we collect
When you submit a booking request we collect your name, phone number, email address (optional), pickup and drop-off locations, travel requirements (passengers, luggage, child seats, wheelchair access) and any notes you provide. We also record technical details (IP address, browser) for security and fraud prevention.
3. How we use it
Your information is used solely to review, confirm and provide your ride, to contact you via your preferred method, and to meet our legal obligations as an on-demand transport provider. We do not sell personal information.
4. Who sees it
Booking details are shared with our dispatch team and the driver assigned to your ride. Limited data is processed by our service providers (email delivery, hosting, spam protection) under appropriate safeguards.
